We will continue to monitor all government and Public Health England advice on this matter and will immediately inform our customers of any changes. At times, you may experience a slight delay in delivery due to the high volumes of mail currently being handled by the postal service, but do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with an order. If for some reason you wish to return an order and are experiencing difficulty in doing so, our Customer Service team will be glad to work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
