The option Royal Mail International Standard £9.28 may offer you up to £20 loss or damage, but does not offer you any other guarantee and does not have a tracking number. This option is of your entire responsibility 

 

We an also deliver to countries not listed above, depending entirely on your expense and responsility with customs in your country

 

NOTE: The delivery price for the Handmade Wedding Dresses is discussed at the time of delivery as they are quite big and heavy

 

 

PROCESSING OF ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • We process our orders on business days which are Monday to Friday, excluding any applicable public holidays. Once your order has been processed online we will email you to confirm the dispatch.
  • Our product(s) are delivered by Royal Mail First OR Second Class (Signed For, if you wish. Choose your Delivery Method on the checkout page)
  • Wherever possible orders are dispatched on the same day following our confirmation of your order. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of your order so that you can enjoy your new item ASAP!
  • Multiple products up to 1KG won’t increase the delivery cost. Please check the total cost on the checkout page. 
  • As the majority of our products are handmade, if you wish a bespoke and made-to-order item, please contact us well in advance.
  • Occasionally, unexpected factors may delay your parcel(s) (for example, bad weather or postal strike). Should you have your order delayed for any reason, please contact us and, where possible and appropriate, we will agree a revised delivery date with you.

LOST AND DAMAGED PARCELS

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your UK parcel(s) and 5-10 working days for the rest of Europe. This is just about the time frame stated on the Royal Mail website for deliveries to those areas in Europe. However, feel free to contact us any time regarding your order(s) or to discuss any other subject.

Any items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with orders must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt so please check your delivery on arrival.

Reasons for a delayed delivery

We will always do our best for you to have your order with you as soon as possible! However, sometimes unforeseen situations which will affect the time of delivery may be beyond our control, such as 1) bad weather conditions, which can block roads and prevent couriers from doing their job; 2) recipient refuses parcel (if you are sending a package or a gift to someone,  make sure you let them know they should expect a package to be delivered to their address); 3) maintenance work or building work (though not very common, maintenance work around the building or in the building might make the delivery difficult).
