OUR HISTORY
We are a UK-based brand, but our lace & embroidery are handcrafted in Poção, Northeast of Brazil, by a group of women who have been making lace & embroidery for generations. Their exclusive, high-quality works are lovingly created within their family environment, so there isn't stress or forced labour involved in the creation of any of our products! Their "master-pieces" are mostly created of 100% cotton, which in Brazil comes, mostly, from sustainable sources. Therefore, the items you get from us in the UK and Europe can be considered both as "fair trade" and family "heirlooms." Look after them with love and care and they will last for a long time, which is both good for you and the environment!
