HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please notify us at josephina@josephinalace.co.uk

EASY STEPS TO RETURN AN ITEM
  • Keep your receipt/invoice in a safe place
  • Keep the original packaging and all the tags attached to your item
  • Keep your item clean and unused/unworn
  • Return your item/product within 14 days upon receipt;
  • Pay for the Return Service postage;
  • Use a postal option which protects you in case your item is lost or damaged, for we are not responsible for that

PROCESSING TIME

Exchanges will be processed depending on stock availability and replacements should be with you in approximately 5-7 days. We recommend that you place a new order and return the original item for a refund if the item is needed urgently.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

All sale and bespoke items are non-refundable.

POSTAL CHARGES REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original delivery charges unless the item is returned because it was faulty or was not the item you have ordered.
